Job description:

Job Title: MEP Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, design, and review Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for

specially for real estate projects.

  • Coordinate MEP works with architectural, structural, and civil teams.
  • Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems at site.
  • Ensure compliance with design specifications, standards, and safety norms.
  • Manage and monitor contractors' performance, progress, and quality.
  • Resolve technical and coordination issues between site and design teams.
  • Prepare and review shop drawings, material submittals, and as-built drawings.
  • Support procurement of MEP materials and evaluate vendor proposals.
  • Conduct inspections and ensure quality control at all project stages.
  • Prepare daily/weekly progress and technical reports.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD / Revit MEP and MS Office.
  • Good understanding of building codes, standards, and safety requirements.
  • Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.

Qualifications:

  • B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • 4–10 years of experience in MEP design, execution, and coordination in real estate or construction projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35, ₹45,000.00 per month
