Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled
Site Engineer
to manage construction activities on-site. The role includes supervising work, ensuring quality standards, coordinating with contractors, and maintaining safety protocols. Strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail are required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage daily construction activities at the site.
  • Ensure work quality and adherence to project specifications.
  • Coordinate with contractors, labor, and vendors for smooth execution.
  • Monitor resources, materials, and equipment usage.
  • Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and plans.
  • Maintain compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Report project progress to senior management.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong civil engineering knowledge (structural, materials, construction methods)
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and site plans
  • Project management and coordination skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Attention to detail and quality control
  • Effective communication and teamwork

  • Awareness of site safety protocols

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Prior site experience is a plus but not mandatory

Salary & Benefits:

  • ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
    depending on experience
