We are Hiring for Cluster Chief Engineer/ Technical Lead for Mall & Property Management

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Chief Engineer to lead the technical operations and maintenance of our premium mall property in Dehradun. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to facility management, fire & safety systems and large-scale infrastructure operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth operation of all mall engineering systems including HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire & safety.
- Conduct daily technical rounds and ensure all equipment are in healthy working condition.
- Prepare and implement SOPs for efficient functioning of technical and maintenance services.
- Oversee preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules, equipment records and logbooks.
- Coordinate with OEMs / AMC vendors for timely servicing and maintain up-to-date AMC records.
- Monitor daily operational parameters HSD levels, water supply, lift health, WTP/STP performance and electricity consumption.
- Prepare and monitor technical budgets, utility billing (PNG, water, electricity), and ensure cost control.
- Manage manpower utilization and ensure timely resolution of complaints (Pazo / common area).
- Conduct fit-out audits and ensure completion of technical works within timelines.
- Identify new vendors and implement efficiency-improvement initiatives for critical systems.
- Ensure 100% uptime and safety compliance of all key technical equipment.
- Participate in HOD meetings and report key operational metrics.
Candidate Profile:
- B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- 15-18 years of experience in facility management/Commercial/ Malls.
- Strong leadership and technical knowledge in MEP systems, HVAC and fire safety.
- Candidates with multi-property exposure will be preferred.
- Prior experience with large infrastructure companies or real estate developers is desirable.
