We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Fire & Safety Executive to join our team at ODON Lifesciences in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in fire safety and executive roles.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Develop and implement effective fire safety plans and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular fire drills and training sessions to enhance employee knowledge and skills.
  • Inspect fire extinguishers, hydrants, and other firefighting equipment to ensure they are in good condition and properly maintained.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Respond effectively to fire alarms and emergencies, ensuring timely evacuation and minimizing damage.
  • Maintain accurate records of fire incidents, including reports and photographs.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in fire safety and executive roles, preferably in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry.
  • Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations, procedures, and protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with firefighting equipment, including fire extinguishers, hydrants, and other safety gear.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
