Bangalore (Work From Office)

Work Timings:
3PM-12AM

Prior Experience is required in International Sales , preferably in the Mid-east market.

Job Description:

  • Call leads from CRM, understand their upskilling needs, and pitch suitable courses.
  • Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational goals.
  • Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities with existing customers.
  • Leverage references from existing customers to increase the pipeline.
  • Maintain all customer interactions in CRM (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
  • Manage pre-sales to post-sales support for assigned leads.
  • Follow up on leads and research potential prospects.
  • Understand customer requirements in assigned geography and provide product feedback for improvements.
