Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Intern at our Bengaluru location. The Inside Sales Intern will be responsible for tasks such as lead generation, communicating with potential customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires proactive engagement with prospects and the ability to effectively communicate the value of our programs.

Qualifications

  • Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service roles is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
