Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Intern based in Bengaluru. The Inside Sales Intern will be responsible for lead generation, converting prospects into potential clients, and delivering excellent customer service. You will effectively communicate with prospective customers, understand their career aspirations, and guide them to select appropriate courses. Supporting the sales team in day-to-day activities may also be required.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and engage potential customers.
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction capabilities to ensure a positive experience for clients.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment, with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of educational technology and training programs is a plus.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
