Job Title: Sourcing Manager Channel Partner Network Builder
Who We're Looking For:
A go-getter who can bring in brokers, agencies, and individuals to work with us and generate sales. Someone who already has market contacts and knows how to make quick tie-ups.
Your Job:
- Hunt for new Channel Partners every day.
- Bring them onboard with our offers, plans, and projects.
- Keep CPs active by sharing updates, giving support, and pushing for sales.
- Arrange small CP meets, events, and networking sessions.
- Achieve tie-up and sales targets through your network.
What You Need:
- 2–5 years of experience in real estate sourcing / CP management.
- Strong contacts with brokers, dealers, and agents.
- Hustler attitude, negotiation skills, and a never-give-up mindset.
- Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
