Job Title: Sourcing Manager Channel Partner Network Builder

A go-getter who can bring in brokers, agencies, and individuals to work with us and generate sales. Someone who already has market contacts and knows how to make quick tie-ups.

Your Job:

  • Hunt for new Channel Partners every day.
  • Bring them onboard with our offers, plans, and projects.
  • Keep CPs active by sharing updates, giving support, and pushing for sales.
  • Arrange small CP meets, events, and networking sessions.
  • Achieve tie-up and sales targets through your network.

What You Need:

  • 2–5 years of experience in real estate sourcing / CP management.
  • Strong contacts with brokers, dealers, and agents.
  • Hustler attitude, negotiation skills, and a never-give-up mindset.
  • Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
