Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee and manage the full spectrum of Human Resource functions in our IT organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, payroll management, and employee engagement, along with proven experience in handling HR operations within the IT industry.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT positions.
Develop sourcing strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
Manage monthly payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness.
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
Maintain HRIS and employee records. - Design and implement engagement initiatives to enhance employee morale.
Conduct regular feedback sessions, stay interviews, and exit interviews.
Address employee grievances and foster a positive workplace culture.
Develop and update HR policies in line with industry best practices.
Support performance management and appraisal processes.
Provide guidance to leadership on HR strategy and workforce planning.
Qualifications & Skills
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
Minimum 6+ years of HR experience, preferably in the IT industry.
Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive HR initiatives independently.
