The Opportunity – Inside Sales Executive
We are seeking a motivated and energetic
Inside Sales Executive
to drive Primezen's business growth through strong lead generation and tele-sales activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong follow-up ability, and a keen interest in electrical, lighting, or smart automation products.
Salary Range
₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
(depending on experience and interview performance)
Please note: This role is ideal for candidates with 0–2 years of inside sales experience. Applicants expecting higher packages are requested not to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make aggressive cold calls on the data provided by the marketing team to generate new business opportunities.
- Identify and qualify prospects for appointing
new channel partners and distributors
in untapped territories. - Approach and pitch Primezen's product range to
electrical dealers, architects, interior designers, consultants, and project clients
. - Present and explain Primezen's Touch Panels and smart automation solutions with clarity and confidence.
- Maintain accurate call logs, lead records, and follow-up status in CRM.
- Share quotations, product details, and brochures with potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure accurate communication of product information.
- Provide after-sales coordination and support basic customer queries when needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields (preferred).
- Strong communication, calling confidence, and customer-handling skills.
- Experience in telecalling, inside sales, or electrical/home automation sales (preferred, not mandatory).
- Good command over MS Office and CRM tools.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and quick learner.
