Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore Urban for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, assist in property purchases or investments, provide expert guidance throughout the buying or renting process, and address customer inquiries promptly. Responsibilities include regular client interactions, coordinating with various departments for seamless service delivery, and contributing to targeted sales and revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong relationship management and client service skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility
  • Experience in sales, negotiation, and conducting client presentations
  • Understanding of real estate market trends and property-related services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
  • Proven organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the real estate sector or customer relationship roles is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and relevant real estate management software
