Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and act as a trusted advisor. Responsibilities include managing client communication, assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties, providing insights on property investment opportunities, resolving customer concerns, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in relationship management, client communication, and customer-focused problem-solving
  • Strong negotiation, sales, and account management skills
  • Knowledge of real estate market trends, property management, and investment strategies
  • Well-organized with excellent time management, multitasking, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in real estate management
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Prior experience in real estate, sales, or property management is an advantage
