We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Team Leader – Website Sales (International B2B Process) to lead our high-performance team. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in website sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive revenue while maintaining top-notch quality and team motivation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team in the International B2B Website Sales process.
  • Monitor and ensure high-quality website development and post-sales delivery.
  • Handle outbound calls, manage call flow, and ensure smooth call transfers.
  • Provide technical support and resolve client sales issues effectively.
  • Prepare and maintain daily performance reports, call logs, and sales documentation.
  • Work closely with management to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Mentor team members to improve performance, closing ratio, and customer experience.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in International B2B Website Sales.
  • Minimum 3 year of experience as a Team Leader in a website sales process.
  • Excellent English communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and performance management abilities.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools and call-handling platforms preferred.
