Position: Team Leader – Website Sales

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay Range: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Shift & Work Schedule:

  • Morning Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (IST)
  • Work Days: Monday – Friday (Weekends Off)
  • Pickup Facility: Provided by the company
  • Market Focus: New Zealand & Australia (International B2B Website Sales)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader – Website Sales (International B2B) to lead our sales team focused on the New Zealand and Australian markets. The candidate will be responsible for managing and driving the performance of a team of sales agents, ensuring effective outbound calling, smooth call transfers, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales agents to meet and exceed international sales targets.
  • Ensure outbound calls are handled professionally with smooth call transfers to senior closers or direct closing where required.
  • Monitor daily/weekly/monthly team performance and maintain accurate sales reports & documentation.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
  • Handle escalations and close deals directly when required.
  • Resolve team conflicts and maintain a positive, performance-driven environment.
  • Ensure adherence to process compliance and organizational policies.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in any stream.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in International B2B Website Sales.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Team Leader in the Website Sales process.
  • Strong English communication and interpersonal skills (spoken & written).
  • Excellent problem-solving, mentoring, and decision-making abilities.

Good-to-Have Qualities:

  • Ability to handle pressure, achieve targets, and resolve team conflicts effectively.
  • Strong closing skills and ability to convert calls into successful deals.
  • Positive attitude, high energy, and strong leadership presence.

Compensation & Benefits:
