Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in security services, facility management, and manpower outsourcing.
  • Generate qualified leads through networking, cold calls, referrals, and digital campaigns.
  • Conduct client meetings and site surveys with the operations team to understand requirements and design customized proposals.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed commercial quotations, presentations, and service agreements.
  • Lead contract negotiations, finalizations, and handovers to operations teams for execution.
  • Collaborate with HR, Operations, and Finance teams for seamless onboarding and billing of new clients.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups, feedback collection, and service reviews.
  • Update and manage sales trackers, CRM dashboards, and performance reports.
  • Participate in industry expos, tenders, and B2B networking events to enhance brand visibility.
  • Stay updated with competitor offerings, market trends, and pricing models to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Drive achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets with measurable KPIs.Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree (MBA in Marketing or equivalent preferred).
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in business development or corporate sales in security, housekeeping, or facility management.
  • Proven track record of winning large institutional or corporate contracts.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and travel as needed.
