About The Role
We are looking for a proficient Manager - Cloud Security Architect Reckitt Cloud who will be instrumental in guiding the design, implementation, and optimization of our cloud security architecture on Azure/GCP. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Azure and GCP security services, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully leading engineering teams.

Your responsibilities

• Create and maintain architectural blueprints for development in Azure and GCP
• Introduce new services / tools in the AZURE/GCP platform
• Provide guidance on best practices, technical standards, and professional development for the team.
• Review designs and architectures of the product teams and ensure they comply with the design blueprints
• Ensure timely and good quality deliverables
• Develop and maintain security architectural blueprints for Azure and GCP environments.
• Introduce, evaluate and implement New Security Services/Tools within the cloud platforms.
• Offer guidance on security best practices, technical standards, and professional development for the team.
• Assess and ensure that the security designs and architectures of product teams comply with established security blueprints.
• Manage the design, deployment, and maintenance of security infrastructure components in Azure and GCP, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (Terraform, ARM, Bicep) for secure and automated deployment processes.
• Implement and optimize security engineering processes to enhance scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency on Azure and GCP.
• Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues.
• Collaborate with the Cyber team to implement and enforce security measures in Azure and GCP environments.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies related to Azure and GCP platform services.

The experience we're looking for

• Demonstrated experience in a role involving security engineering on Azure and/or GCP Cloud Platforms
• In-depth knowledge of Azure and/or GCP security services and infrastructure components.
• Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (Terraform, ARM, Bicep), and Azure and GCP security best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer, Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate) are a plus.
