SMB Account Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced SMB Account Executive to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the Emerging Technologies - Cybersecurity industry.
Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business leads through networking, referrals, and other channels.
Job Requirements
- Proven track record of success in sales or account management, preferably in the Emerging Technologies - Cybersecurity industry.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience working with small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs) is preferred.
