We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced SMB Account Executive to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the Emerging Technologies - Cybersecurity industry.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business leads through networking, referrals, and other channels.

Job Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in sales or account management, preferably in the Emerging Technologies - Cybersecurity industry.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience working with small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs) is preferred.
