Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Pre-Sales Executive (Lead Generation) to identify and qualify potential customers through cold calling, outbound campaigns, and initial client interactions. This role will play a critical part in filling the sales pipeline and ensuring the sales team has high-quality leads to convert.

  • Key Responsibilities:Conduct cold calling to potential clients (schools, colleges, builders, housing societies, sports clubs, etc.) to introduce company offerings.
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings/demos for the sales team.
  • Understand customer requirements at a high level and pitch relevant solutions.
  • Maintain daily call logs, lead details, and follow-up schedules in CRM.
  • Work closely with the sales team to transfer qualified opportunities.
  • Support email/WhatsApp campaigns and follow up with interested prospects.
  • Achieve weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and qualified opportunities.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and customer pain points to management.
  • Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in tele-calling/inside sales/lead generation (construction, real estate, edutech, or building materials industry preferred).
  • Strong communication and convincing skills in English, Hindi, and local languages.
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound calls and customer interactions.
  • Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and present it confidently.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to grow in sales career.
  • Tamil Speaking

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
