Role Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Associate to join our growing team. This role offers hands-on exposure to all facets of marketing and brand building - from
performance marketing and omnichannel campaigns

to
talent management and retail partnerships

. You will work directly with the Marketing Manager in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure consistency across
    omnichannel touchpoints

  • website, social media, marketplaces, flagship store, and pop-ups.

  • Coordinate with
    influencers, stylists, and collaborators

  • managing partnerships, gifting, and content tracking.

  • Manage
    stockist and multi-designer store relationships

, including sharing lookbooks, product info, marketing assets, and aligning on campaigns.
- Assist in
content creation and shoot coordination

, including UGC curation and day-to-day social posting.
- Support
performance marketing

where required.
- Support
PR outreach, in-store activations, and community events

- Maintain marketing and retail databases; liaise with vendors and assist backend operations as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Fashion Communication, Business, or related fields.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in fashion, retail, or lifestyle industries.
  • Strong interest in fashion, culture, and community-driven approaches.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, influencer marketing, and digital campaigns.
  • A creative eye for content, styling, and brand storytelling.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting. Working knowledge of Canva and basic Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Shopify is a plus.
