About the role
We are looking for a proactive, customer-friendly intern/contractual hire to drive walk-in conversions at partner office kiosks. The role involves engaging with customers, explaining offerings, and completing digital onboarding. Occasional event support may be required. The selected candidate will gain exposure to real customer acquisition, field sales and operations.
What you'll do
- Manage & pitch to daily walk-ins at partner office kiosks and convert leads to closures.
- Explain product benefits clearly in regional languages.
- Digitally onboard customers using internal tools/apps.
- Support partner teams and ensure kiosk readiness.
- Maintain basic tracking of leads, conversions, and interactions.
- Participate in events when scheduled.
Who you are
- Fluency in speaking Kannada is mandatory (bonus if you can read as well).
- Tamil or Hindi speaking proficiency is a plus.
- Confident, approachable, and comfortable with on-ground customer interaction.
- Basic smartphone and app-handling skills.
- Flexible availability -
12 to 6:30 PM on weekdays
and event timings when applicable.
Location
: Partner offices in Bangalore + occasional events
Work Hours
: 2–6 PM on weekdays + event-specific timings
Compensation
: Fixed component + variable (per closure)
Duration:
3 months (can be extended based on performance)
