Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Field Sales Manager located in Bengaluru. The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, generating leads, and achieving sales targets. They will oversee field sales operations, provide regular sales reports, conduct market analysis, and develop sales strategies. Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction will be key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, client relationship management, and lead generation.
- Strong market analysis, sales strategy development, and report preparation skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage field operations effectively.
- Knowledge of IT solutions, including cybersecurity, networking, and virtualization, is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Flexibility to travel as required and adapt to dynamic work environments.
