Umaboy is a dynamic company seeking a results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team in Pune. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and expanding our customer base in the region.
Job Description:
pursue new business opportunities in assigned territories
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase Umaboy's offerings
Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales goals
Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Dioloma , Engineer (mechanical or electrical)or related field
Proven sales experience, preferably in a similar industry
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
Willingness to travel within assigned territories
