Delhi Hub Operations Manager Experience : 3 to 7 yrs Skills Required : Job Summary : Job Description About the Position A mature individual, who has the capability to manage the on ground team and build relationships with co-workers, while managing the entire operations of the hub. A Hub Honcho is a person who sits on the top of the managerial hierarchy of a Hub. They are responsible for the overall operations and the development of the startup community within a Hub. He/She is a mature person who drives leadership and is a decision maker. They understand the value 91springboard is looking to in still in and impart to entrepreneurs and want to be a part of the startup ecosystem. They are responsible for developing the startup community within the Hub and also responsible for its operations. He is mainly responsible for the Hubs profit and loss, creating the Hub MIS, managing the entire team and coworkers at the location. The goal is to provide a platform for entrepreneurs across the country to build their dreams. Overall Responsibilities Responsible for overall success of the hub, including detailed profit and loss management, ensuring operating expenses are kept within budget. Negotiate for new hub deals with real estate partners, business groups etc. Market research and understanding the co-working growth/need in the different city parts for 91springboard hubs. Oversee the interior fit-outs of the hub in the city. Work closely with the designer and consultants to shape the hub. Manage the monthly Hub MIS and coordinate with the central team to create and deploy new processes. Creating and maintaining relationships with local startup ecosystem partners, evangelists as well as event organizers Ensuring all stakeholders are present in the space and frequent the space, investors, mentors, startups, freelancers/professionals, ngos /social startups across services and sector types. Lead marketing activities of the hub and represent 91springboard in various startup events (internal and external) Manage the co-working space including consumables supply, facility cleanliness, equipment maintenance etc Manage invoicing, billing and ensuring payment from members. Coordinating with the accounts department. Managing security, housekeeping and other administrative staff. Personal traits that will help you succeed at this role - Passion towards 91springboards goal of enabling and developing the startup ecosystem A long term commitment towards building this ecosystem, this journey is not a sprint Attention to detail and the vision to understand how hubs can function smoothly Experience in the customer service industry is a plus An intelligent person, who is an autodidact and takes self initiative A team player that recognizes the need to over communicate High degree of computer fluency, including excel NO STARTUP EXPERIENCE NECESSARY, JUST LOADS OF PASSION & HARDWORK Requirements Location: Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Hyderabad & Bengaluru.
