1. Accountable for overall Hub Operations as per operational standards.

2. Ensure Profitable operations.

3. Conduct team meetings, motivate team and control attrition.

4. Continuously improve in reducing error rate in Operations Management.

5. Grievance Handling and Conducting Open House/meetings with Hub teams and identify gaps.

6. Follow up and coordinate with departments based on open house discussions / findings and take necessary action as appropriate.

7. Escalate any information related to the organization to appropriate departments and seniors for taking necessary actions.

8. Accountable for stock audit, reconciliation and accuracy at any point of time.

9. Monitoring Team Leaders performance, tracking of undelivered shipment on real time basis and taking proactive action for delivery.

10. Managing the inventory, divide goods route wise and assigning them to delivery boys.

11. Achieving capacity utilization as per target.

12. Has complete knowledge of PIN codes and routes assigned to the Hub.

**Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 per month
