
Back Office Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all service locations.
- Conduct regular audits of service centres to assess compliance with defined standards and processes.
- Identify gaps in process execution and recommend corrective & preventive actions.
- Coordinate with internal teams (training, quality, operations, and customer care) to maintain uniformity in customer handling and service reporting.
- Maintain standard templates for service reports, warranty claims, job cards, and feedback forms.
- Support training teams in developing material that reflects standard service practices.
- Collect and analyse data from service operations to identify areas for process improvement.
- Work closely with service engineers and field staff to ensure adherence to brand standards.
- Prepare and share periodic reports on standardization compliance and service quality performance.
- Contribute to the digitalization and automation of standard processes and documentation.
Requirements -:
- Education: Only Graduate Candidate
- Experience: 2–5 years Experience Required
- Salary-: 22k to 25k In Hand + Travel Allowances
- Base Location Mohali but candidate open to travel in PAN Punjab Location
- Good Communication Skill
- Team Management
