The company, based in Noida, is a Certified Training Provider for the Electronics Sector Skills Council of India (ESSCI) under the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC). They offer a variety of programs including short-duration courses, on-campus workshops, placement assistance, and manpower sourcing for companies. Recognizing the opportunities in the Internet and Cloud domains, The DE Engineers also provide courses on subjects like the Internet of Things (IoT). Their state-of-the-art Training Facility in Noida includes practical laboratories and digital classrooms with experienced faculty.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Account based in Noida. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, generating leads, and providing exemplary customer service. Daily tasks include building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and communicating effectively with clients and internal teams. The Sales Account Manager will also be involved in problem-solving and ensuring that client needs are met.
Qualifications

- Experience in Account Management and Lead Generation
- Strong Communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members
- Experience in the consumer durables industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
