Business Coordinator

As a Business Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the coordination of internal projects, ensuring smooth communication between departments, and assisting with administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating cross-functional projects and meetings
- Monitor project timelines and follow up on deliverables
- Support business reporting by gathering and organizing data
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other documentation as needed
- Liaise with departments to ensure alignment and timely communication
- Help maintain internal systems, records, and process documentation
- Provide general administrative support to the management team
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or any degree in Business, Management, or a related field
- Familiarity with CRM systems or business intelligence tools
