About the Role

We are looking for an organized and proactive
Project Coordinator – Digital Marketing
to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital marketing projects. This role requires strong coordination skills, an understanding of digital marketing workflows, and the ability to work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and track day-to-day activities across digital marketing projects, including content, social media, SEO, and campaigns.
  • Act as the communication bridge between internal teams (design, content, development, marketing) to ensure alignment on deliverables.
  • Prepare and update project timelines, task lists, and status reports.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks or delays, and escalate when needed.
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and are submitted on time.
  • Organize review meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure all project files are up to date.
  • Support the Digital Marketing Manager/Team Lead in resource planning and workflow optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related fields.
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing coordination, project coordination, or marketing operations.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing activities such as social media, content calendars, SEO, paid ads, and campaign workflows.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office and project tracking tools (Trello similar).
  • Detail-oriented, disciplined, and proactive in managing timelines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in an agency or fast-paced digital marketing environment.
  • Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite), SEO tools, or design collaboration tools.
