The Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects within the organization. This role involves coordinating between internal teams and clients, ensuring tasks are completed on time, maintaining project documentation, and facilitating smooth communication across all stakeholders. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and scheduling of project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, reports, and task trackers.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to relevant stakeholders.
  • Support in client communications, ensuring requirements are clearly documented and executed.
  • Facilitate team meetings and ensure follow-ups on assigned actions.
  • Assist the Project Manager in resource allocation and workflow management.
  • Ensure adherence to company processes, quality standards, and project goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role (agency/IT/creative environment preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools (like Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or Jira).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Experience handling client communications and documentation.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
