  • Review and Monitor & tracking as per project plan
    • Collate right data
    • Highlight any schedule variance
  • Prepare weekly reports
    • Take weekly calls with customer
  • Retrospective meetings
  • Scrum Planning meetings with customer
  • Co-ordinate and prepare the demo slides.
  • Owner for impediments resolution
    • Env set-up
    • Access rights
    • VM set-up and issue resolutions
    • Planning meetings with Customer
    • Client specific Induction and tracking
    • Client process management
  • Veersa Project repository Custodian

PROJECT MANAGER (A strong manager, Dy to delivery manager, must have Development Background)
Comfortable with all Scrum master responsibilities
Experience in running fixed price project
o Very strong in monitoring and control
Scope and Change management
o Re-planning as per triggers
Risk Management
Conflict management
Planning, scheduling
Project Kick-off
Customer handling
Technical Solutioning with Architects / TL
Steering Comm meetings preparations
People Management
o Motivation, career path, appraisal, etc.
Focus on solutioning and innovation (Process or Technical)
KM.

TECHNICAL Project Manager (Manage a small team, can act as TL, Hands-on person, who was unsure whether to be an architect or a PM)


First round will be technical will come from oner of the defined domains.
