dynamic Project Manager / Scrum Master
to join our growing team.


Your Role

As a
Project Manager / Scrum Master
, you'll take ownership of project delivery, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure client satisfaction from concept to deployment. You'll act as the bridge between clients, design, and development teams — ensuring flawless execution and on-time delivery.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage
    end-to-end project delivery
    across web, mobile, and SaaS projects.
  • Act as
    Scrum Master
    — conduct stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Define project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between
    clients, developers, and designers
    .
  • Identify risks and implement proactive solutions.
  • Track performance metrics and ensure
    high-quality output
    .
  • Drive accountability, productivity, and ownership within the team.
  • Maintain project documentation and delivery reports.


Requirements

3–8 years of experience as a
Project Manager / Scrum Master / Delivery Lead
in an IT company.

Deep understanding of
Agile / Scrum methodologies
and SDLC.

Proficient in tools like
Jira & Trello.

Excellent
communication, leadership, and client management
skills.

Strong multitasking and problem-solving ability.

Technical understanding of web and mobile development (preferred).

Certifications like
CSM, PMP, or PMI-ACP
are a plus.
