Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager / Scrum Master
with strong expertise in
SAP Datasphere
(ODS experience is a plus, but not mandatory). The candidate will be responsible for managing BI/data integration projects, guiding teams, and ensuring delivery of scalable and high-performing data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as
    Scrum Master / Project Manager
    to guide and support a BI/Data Engineering team.
  • Oversee
    project delivery, sprint planning, and milestone tracking
    .
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective data models.
  • Ensure smooth
    integration, transformation, and flow of data
    across systems.
  • Implement best practices for
    data governance, security, and performance optimization
    .
  • Manage the
    end-to-end project lifecycle
    including requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Utilize
    Azure DevOps (ADO)
    for task tracking, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills:

  • 6+ years of experience in
    Data Engineering / Business Intelligence
    .
  • Strong expertise in
    SAP Datasphere
    (ODS knowledge optional).
  • Proven experience as a
    Scrum Master / Project Manager
    .
  • Proficiency in
    SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes
    .
  • Experience with
    Azure DevOps (ADO)
    for workflow and release management.
  • Strong
    analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
    .

Good to Have:

  • Exposure to
    Qlik or other BI tools
    .
  • Experience with
    SAP HANA
    and
    SAP BW
    .
  • Knowledge of
    cloud data platforms
    (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
