Job Title: Project Manager / Scrum Master – IT Projects

Experience: 7–10 Years

Location: Noida (Work from office)

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead end-to-end delivery of IT/software development projects. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Azure DevOps (ADO), Agile delivery, and stakeholder collaboration, with a good understanding of the banking/financial domain. The role will require close coordination with Business, Dev, QA, DevOps, and Management teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities


• Lead and manage projects across the full SDLC — requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and hypercare.


• Act as Scrum Master to drive agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives).


• Manage scope, roadmaps, sprint backlogs, and ensure alignment with business objectives.


• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.


• Ensure test readiness, review test results, and support UAT planning and closure.


• Track progress using Azure DevOps dashboards, reports, and burn-down/burn-up charts.


• Ensure proper documentation (BRD, SRS/FSD, Release notes, RCA, etc.)


• Manage vendor coordination and ensure SLA adherence.


• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including leadership.

Must-Have Skills


• 7+ years of IT Project Management / Scrum Master experience.


• Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Waterfall delivery frameworks.


• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (Boards, Pipelines preferred).


• Ability to understand testing processes and ensure quality-driven delivery.


• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have


• Banking / BFSI domain experience.


• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, MS Project.


• Experience working with DevOps/CI-CD and cloud-based environments.


• Strong analytical and documentation skills.


• Certifications: PMP / CSM / PSM / PMI-ACP.
