Corridor Asset, a leading developer of statutory-compliant urban living spaces along the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway in Alwar, Rajasthan, is seeking an experienced Sales Professional to join our dynamic team. This role is based in our Gurugram office (Sector 61) and offers a fantastic opportunity to be part of a visionary project in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Initiate and manage phone calls to potential clients, ensuring seamless communication.
Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and encourage site visits.
Manage and filter online data to identify potential clients and new opportunities.
Make targeted outbound calls based on data analysis to generate leads and schedule appointments.
Support various business development initiatives as needed.
Promote site visits, with successful visits leading to qualified leads and incentives.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in real estate, luxury cars, or luxury goods.
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
Strong motivation, persistence, and the ability to follow up diligently.
Willingness to work from our Gurugram office.
Details:
Salary: ₹50,000 per month
