Role Description
You'll be working with the Founding team. This team runs on an infectious passion for solving the biggest challenge of solving climate change through data by building partnerships with enterprises. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and building and maintaining strong relationships with customers. The role will involve creating and delivering effective sales presentations, negotiating deals, and driving revenue growth. He/She will primarily target B2B and B2G clients and will be expected to travel frequently to meet existing clients or generate new ones
Key Responsibilities
-Identify, engage, and build relationships with potential clients across sectors including Construction, Real Estate, Healthcare, Industries, and Enterprises, aligning their needs with Aurassure's cutting-edge solutions.
-Lead the sales team, guiding and motivating them to achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets.
-Promote and sell Aurassure's suite of solutions, including air quality monitoring systems, flood monitoring systems, and weather forecasting stations.
-Conduct regular client meetings with both existing and prospective customers to generate new business opportunities and close high-value deals.
-Deliver compelling sales presentations to clearly demonstrate the value, ROI, and impact of real-time environmental monitoring on sustainability and public health.
-Negotiate contracts, finalize agreements, and ensure achievement of revenue goals.
-Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, loyalty, and opportunities for repeat and referral business.
-Stay informed on industry trends, market demands, and regulatory updates relevant to environmental monitoring, leveraging this knowledge for strategic track record in sales or business development, ideally within environmental services, technology solutions, or related industries.
-Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing and developing sales teams.
-Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
-Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills with a history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
-Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
-Bachelor's degree in Electronics, B.Tech, Climate Tech/ Environment Technology or a related technical field; MBA is a plus.
