Zoop is building India's live commerce ecosystem, and performance marketing is a core growth lever for us. We're looking for a Growth Marketing Associate who will own Meta Ads end-to-end and directly contribute to scaling our platform and our top sellers.

This is a hands-on execution role with real ownership — not a support function.

What you'll do

  • Own the Meta Ads dashboard end-to-end (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Plan, launch, optimize, and scale performance campaigns daily
  • Drive creative strategy in tight feedback loops with content and creator teams
  • Analyse campaign performance, funnels, and cohorts to extract insights
  • Experiment continuously with audiences, creatives, hooks, budgets, and formats
  • Manage and scale Meta ads for Zoop's largest sellers
  • Build repeatable performance playbooks for live commerce growth

Who you are

  • 0–2 years of hands-on experience running Meta ads (or equivalent strong practical exposure)
  • Comfortable inside Ads Manager and performance dashboards
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics, attribution, and experimentation
  • Creative + analytical; able to think in both hooks and numbers
  • High ownership, bias toward action, and fast execution
  • Comfortable working in early-stage, high-ambiguity environments

Good to have

  • Experience with AI-based video or creative generation tools
  • Understanding of short-form video, live commerce, or creator-led ecosystems
  • Prior exposure to D2C, marketplaces, or consumer internet startups
