Role: Growth Marketing Manager

We are looking for a dynamic Growth Marketing Manager to fuel MAY & CO.'s next phase of growth. You'll drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand visibility by blending data-driven strategies with creative campaigns. This is a high-impact role where your work directly influences how India discovers and experiences our products.

What you'll do:

  • Build and execute
    end-to-end growth strategies
    across digital, retail, and B2B channels.
  • Run and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, marketplaces, affiliates).
  • Develop
    partnerships and activations
    with bars, restaurants, and retailers.
  • Manage
    web analytics, funnels, and automation
    to drive conversions and retention.
  • Track KPIs, experiment with growth loops, and use insights to scale campaigns.
  • Lead projects for product launches, sampling campaigns, bar take-overs and influencer collaborations.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in
    growth, digital, or performance marketing
    .
  • Proven skills in
    marketing analytics, automation, and campaign optimization
    .
  • Strong
    project management and creative problem-solving
    abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Prior experience in
    beverages, F&B, or consumer brands
    is a strong plus.
