Position Overview: 
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Account Executive/Manager to join our team. 
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in commercial office 
space leasing or B2B sales, with a proven track record of engaging with decision-makers, 
including department heads and CXOs. 
Key Responsibilities: 
 Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial 
office space sector through networking, market research, and outreach initiatives. 
 Client Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and 
decision-makers within target organizations to understand their space requirements and 
deliver tailored solutions. 
 Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to design and implement effective sales 
strategies and presentations that highlight our offerings and value proposition. 
 Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, 
competitor activities, and potential opportunities for growth in the commercial real estate 
market. 
 Negotiation: Facilitate negotiations between clients and the company, ensuring favorable 
terms while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. 
 Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics 
to senior management. 
 Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to 
ensure a seamless client experience and effective execution of lease agreements. 
 Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent 
the company and promote our services. 
 Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to 
the management team. 
Qualifications: 
 Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. 
 Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial office space leasing or B2B sales. 
 Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior-level executives and decision
makers. 
 Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs. 
 Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. 
 Excellent organizational and time management abilities. 
 Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 
Languages: English, Hindi & Kannada 
Compensation: 
 Competitive salary range: 6-8 LPA (Fixed)
