Business Development Executive – IT Services
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Business Development Executive to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in sales, a passion for technology, and a drive to build strong client relationships in the IT services domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and present tailored IT solutions (web, software, mobile apps, etc.).
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams (tech, design, marketing) to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Attend industry events, networking meets, and client meetings as needed.
- Maintain CRM and provide regular reports on pipeline, leads, and closures.
Requirements:
- 0 to 2 years of experience in business development, preferably in the IT industry.
- Basic understanding of IT services (web development, app development, software solutions, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM tools and MS Office.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
