Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Insider Sales position located in Ghaziabad. The Insider Sales professional will engage with potential customers to understand their party needs, provide detailed information about available packages, and offer personalized recommendations. The role involves managing the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, customer follow-ups, closing sales, and contributing to customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Insider Sales professional will collaborate with the sales team to devise strategies for maximizing sales opportunities.
