Role Description
This is a full-time onsite role for an Inside Sales Executive located in Ghaziabad. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, making outbound sales calls, managing client accounts, and providing detailed product information. They will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, addressing customer inquiries, and working closely with the sales team to meet sales targets.
Qualifications
- Sales Skills: Proven experience in inside sales, outbound sales, and customer relationship management.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients over the phone and via email.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with smart classrooms, interactive boards, video conferencing solutions, and display technologies is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Analytical Skills: Good problem-solving and analytical skills to address customer queries and business challenges.
- Proficiency in CRM Software: Experience with CRM software to manage client
