• oordinate and manage the flow of technical information between design teams at GCC and at ME.

• acilitate interdisciplinary collaboration, ensuring that design solutions are fully integrated and compliant with project objectives, regulatory requirements, and relevant standards.

• repare, review, and maintain project documentation, including drawings, models, specifications, and technical reports.

• rganise and lead technical meetings, workshops, and design reviews, recording and tracking actions and decisions.

• onitor design progress, identifying and addressing technical risks, clashes, or issues as they arise.

• upport the Project Manager in programme management, reporting, and delivery of key project milestones.

• nsure that all technical deliverables are produced to the agreed quality, within budget and timescales.

• hampion best practice in digital design, BIM coordination, and use of collaborative software platforms.

• ssist with value engineering exercises and technical appraisals to optimise design solutions.

• aintain a register of technical queries, design changes, and approvals.

• roduce and manage RFI schedules and responses.

• ssist in developing technical delivery processes to improve efficiency and quality.

• onitor design progress and coordinate with the construction and commercial teams.

• erform site checks to ensure design compliance and quality of execution.

• roduce Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and enforce QEMS (Quality, Environmental, Management System) standards.

• achelor's / Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.

• to 10 years of experience in infrastructure design management, preferably with consultancy and contractor exposure

• roven experience coordinating multi-disciplinary design teams, ideally on large-scale infrastructure projects.

• xcellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• trong understanding of infrastructure design processes, standards, and regulatory frameworks.

• roficiency in digital design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit/Civil3D, Navisworks) and collaborative platforms (e.g., ACC, BIM 360, ProjectWise).
