Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding new hotels and partner properties to the Tripzo platform
- Managing inventory and ensuring accurate availability updates
- Handling
domestic and international travel packages
(designing, managing, and assisting customers with bookings) - Assisting customers with queries, bookings, and issue resolution
- Coordinating with hotel partners to maintain smooth operations
- Delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships
Requirements:
- Minimum
1 year experience
in the hospitality or travel industry - Strong communication skills in
English, Hindi, and Malayalam - Knowledge of
domestic and international holiday packages
preferred - Proficiency in inventory management and hotel operations
- Customer-first mindset with problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
