Operations Lead Job Summary

The Operations Lead is responsible for end-to-end project lifecycle management, from initiation to execution, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards. The role involves client engagement, coordination with manpower agencies, vendors, and internal teams, along with preparing progress reports and fostering teamwork among stakeholders. The position requires strong project management skills, communication abilities, and proficiency in tools like AutoCAD and MS Office.

Qualifications & Expertise:

  • B.Tech in Civil/Architecture (MBA preferred from RICS/NICMAR)
  • Minimum 2 years experience in corporate/residential interior fit-out projects
  • Strong communication, project management, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel/G Sheets
  • Detail-oriented, quality-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset
