
Customer Service Executive

We are currently seeking a customer-focused call centre agent, ideally with previous experience in a UK-based call centre. Experience in customer service and complaint handling is important. Successful candidates will be joining a hard-working and productive team. The right person must be able to demonstrate a variety of communication skills by demonstrating an excellent level of:
- Verbal Communication. Verbal communication occurs when we engage in speaking with others (your team members and the customers).
- Non-Verbal Communication. It is what we do while we speak that often says more than the actual words.
- Written Communication. Whether it is an email, a memo, a report, or a follow-up to ensure that the case is completed to the standard expected.
- Listening. Listening actively and not just to what you think the customer is saying or wanting.
- Always have the best interests and satisfaction of the individual customer at the forefront of your mind.
Role and Responsibilities
● Provide personal customer service that exceeds expectations.
● Answering the telephone to handle orders, product and prescription enquiries, as well as complaints and general advice.
● Ensuring customers feel good about their purchasing decisions.
● Maintaining a high level of customer service.
● Confidently sell Designer items and own branded frames and lenses.
● Ensuring accurate advice is given and tailored to individual customers.
● Assisting with online customer email queries via our ticketing system for order status, frame availability, prescription questions, complaints and general questions.
● Developing optical knowledge and confidence within the eyewear industry, to have the ability to learn and adapt, is paramount
The customer service executive plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer service by advising customers on frame selection and suitable lens types, as well as identifying the individual needs of each customer. The company offers career potential for the right candidate.
