We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Export Customer Service Executive to join our Operations team in Noida. The role involves managing end-to-end export shipment processes, coordinating with carriers and agents, preparing export documentation, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and delivering excellent customer service to global clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage ocean export shipments from booking to final delivery.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide proactive shipment status updates to clients and resolve issues promptly.
  • Liaise with carriers, customs brokers, and overseas agents for smooth operations.
  • Prepare and review export documents including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
  • Ensure strict compliance with export laws, regulations, and Incoterms.
  • Maintain accurate shipment records and update internal tracking systems.
  • Coordinate with the billing team for accurate and timely invoicing.
  • Monitor shipment milestones and escalate delays/discrepancies as needed.
  • Support sales and operations teams with quotes, rates, and customer onboarding.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 3 - 7 years of experience in freight forwarding / international logistics (export operations).
  • Strong knowledge of export documentation and compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with Incoterms and international trade practices.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple shipments in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Team-oriented with strong problem-solving ability.
