Key Areas of the job:

  • This mostly a process management type role rather than leading our sales team.
  • Needs to be a great individual player to place our consultants proactively.
  • This role is more of coordinating with our W2 and Independent consultants.
  • She/He need to get the requirements from the existing clients/vendors with who our consultants are already placed.
  • They need to have very strong communication skills as they will interact with our consultants and clients/vendors.
  • Very smart to identify the project ends and try to coordinate with vendors to seek a chance of project extension if possible, if not need to plan and place them before they come on bench.
  • Guide OPT'S in preparing their resumes and scheduling mock interviews to them and follow-up with them to brush-up their skills in weak areas. Need to be in touch with our existing consultants who are in project and bench and guide them on upgrading there skills according to market. They need to have very good prime vendor contacts to place our OPT's and H1B transfer.
