The Operations Manager at Offenso Hackers Academy plays a crucial role in overseeing inter-branch operations, ensuring data collection, verifying monthly reports, and supporting students throughout their academic journey. The role involves coordinating with various departments, managing student progress, and enhancing retention strategies. Additionally, the Operations Manager will work closely with academic teams, placement cells, and student services to foster student success and career readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
Inter-Branch Operations & Data Management:
- Oversee and coordinate operations between multiple branches, ensuring smooth communication and workflow.
- Collect, review, and verify monthly reports from all branches to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and streamline processes.
- Develop and implement operational policies and best practices to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with institutional guidelines and reporting structures.
- Student Progress & Retention Support:
- Provide personalized support to students facing academic or personal challenges.
- Develop strategies and programs to increase student retention and course completion rates.
- Analyze student performance data to identify at-risk students and provide targeted interventions.
- Collaborate with academic advisors to design intervention plans for students requiring additional support.
- Serve as a key point of contact for students during academic transitions, offering guidance and resources.
- Organize workshops and information sessions on academic and career planning.
- Maintain regular communication with students, faculty, and stakeholders to monitor student progress.
- Work closely with faculty, student services, and administration to ensure coordinated student support.
- Foster relationships with student organizations, career services, and alumni networks.
Career Readiness & Placement Coordination:
- Develop and implement career guidance programs to support students' transition into the workforce.
- Assist in designing mentoring programs and peer support networks for career development.
- Coordinate placement drives, interviews, and assessments in collaboration with recruiters.
- Provide career counseling, helping students understand industry trends and expectations.
- Conduct workshops on resume building, interview skills, and job search strategies.
- Collaborate with employers to identify job opportunities and placement needs.
- Schedule interviews and maintain a database of job openings and candidate profiles.
- Establish and nurture relationships with potential employers to expand placement opportunities.
- Organize job fairs, networking events, and career development workshops.
- Monitor and track placement outcomes, ensuring accurate reporting of successful job placements.
- Act as a liaison between candidates, employers, and recruiters to ensure seamless communication.
- Stay updated on employment market demands, industry trends, and emerging job roles.
- Continuously assess and enhance placement processes for better efficiency and higher success rates.
- Collect and analyze data on student progression and retention to enhance academic programs.
- Prepare detailed reports for senior management, highlighting trends, challenges, and key success metrics.
