JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Managerial Responsibilities
· Ensure Retail Profit Centre is maintained and updated accurately and on time.
· Integrate newly completed document collections into the current follow-up sheet.
· Monthly allocation and transfer of case with updates to the appropriate monthly sheets at month-end.
· Ensure accurate month-wise tracking of lead and current follow-up progress.
· Keep track of the monthly revenue following loan disbursement.
· Prepare the lead book after the conclusion of each month.
· Responsible for the retail operations from lead to disbursement process.
· Overall responsibility of the retail profit centre.
- Bank and DSA Selection:
· Analyze payout structures from various banks and ensure that the most appropriate and profitable options is being finalized for loan applications.
· Ensure the apt selection of optimal bank and corporate Direct Selling Agent (DSA) code based on relevant criterias.
- Customer Profile Analysis:
· Thoroughly review and understand customer financial profiles to facilitate the loan process.
· Ensure that the team creates good rapport with customers and banks or associates as relevant to departments.
· Maintain high professionalism in dealing with customers and associates and ensure team is aligned with our goals
· Clearly and professionally inform customers about the finalized loan amount, interest rate, EMI, and associated terms and conditions.
· Ensure customer service even after the sales process completion.
- Document Verification:
· Review customer documents uploaded to our system and identify any outstanding requirements for loan login.
· Ensure error free customer documentation and processing
· Proactively follow up with customers to collect any missing documents necessary for the loan application.
5. Responsible for the online and offline login process abided by TAT
6. Responsible for the online and offline sanction process abided by TAT
Undertake necessary bank visits to facilitate case progress and resolve any issues.
Legal and Technical Process:Ensure the process in tact
Loan Disbursement Coordination:
· Liaise effectively between the bank and the customer to coordinate the loan agreement signing process.
Post-Disbursement Support
Payout Follow-up
Additional Responsibilities:
· Participate in discussions with management regarding case status, planning, and results.
· Coordinate closely with the finalization team and Customer Service Officer (CSO) for every loan file.
· Participate in the interview process for potential new team members.
· Provide training and guidance to new joiners on processes and procedures.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20, ₹23,000.00 per month
