Job Title: Bilingual Customer Support Representative (German & English)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bilingual Customer Support Representative, fluent in both German and English. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. As part of our global customer support team, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, providing timely solutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to customers via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels in both German and English.
- Resolve product or service issues efficiently by identifying the cause of the problem, researching, and offering solutions.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
- Document customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and feedback, into the companys CRM system.
- Collaborate with other teams to escalate complex issues and ensure quick resolution.
- Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and company policies.
- Handle bilingual inquiries, ensuring accurate and culturally relevant communication.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and stay updated on new features, services, or promotions.
- Assist with customer feedback and communicate insights to improve the overall customer experience.
- Contribute to process improvements and the development of best practices.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in both German and English (spoken and written). A B2 Certification (or equivalent) in German language is required.
- Proven experience in a customer support or service role, preferably in a bilingual environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle difficult or sensitive customer situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Proficiency in using customer support software (CRM systems, ticketing tools, etc.).
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a passion for customer service.
