Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bilingual Customer Support Representative, fluent in both German and English. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. As part of our global customer support team, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, providing timely solutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to customers via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels in both German and English.
  • Resolve product or service issues efficiently by identifying the cause of the problem, researching, and offering solutions.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
  • Document customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and feedback, into the companys CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other teams to escalate complex issues and ensure quick resolution.
  • Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and company policies.
  • Handle bilingual inquiries, ensuring accurate and culturally relevant communication.
  • Continuously improve product knowledge and stay updated on new features, services, or promotions.
  • Assist with customer feedback and communicate insights to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Contribute to process improvements and the development of best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in both German and English (spoken and written). A B2 Certification (or equivalent) in German language is required.
  • Proven experience in a customer support or service role, preferably in a bilingual environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle difficult or sensitive customer situations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software (CRM systems, ticketing tools, etc.).
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for customer service.
